This is the diet when people cut down calories from food and replace them with alcohol.

7. Drugs

Many people take hard drugs like cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine to lose weight.

8. Apples and Coffee Diet

In this diet people only eat apples and coffee as much as they can. Coffee helps in losing weight and apples give energy to move the body.

9. Sleeping Pills

To avoid hunger and maintain the diet many people pop up sleeping pills so that they fall asleep and do not eat anything if they are starving.

10. Waist Wrapping

To sweat out excess liquid weight people wrap up their belly with plastic saran wrap.
