Depression is a serious problem and its hard to explain to Desi parents that taking care of our mental health is also important. Asian families not only disregard this problem but also blames it on their children which can make the situation even worse.
A person started a Twitter thread in which he asked people to share their opinion about depression as an Asian parent.
