WhatsApp users are all set to make most of the dark mode being introduced on the app. They announced on their twitter handle about the launch of the dark mode.

WhatsApp also wrote in their blog saying "Dark mode for WhatsApp offers a fresh look on a familiar experience. It is designed to reduce eye strain in low light environments. And we hope it helps prevent those awkward moments where your phone lights up the room."
Other apps like YouTube and Twitter introduced dark mode a few months back and WhatsApp has now caught up.
