Long flights can be awful and tiring. We all are excited to travel but flying can be stressful. But don’t you worry we have ways to make it bearable. Today, we are here with some tips to make your long airplane journey comfortable:

• Avoid carbonated drinks

Avoid having carbonated drinks while traveling on a plane as they can cause digestive issues.

• Do not order ice

Do not order a glass of water with ice while you are on a flight.

• Choose your seat wisely

Book a window or an aisle seat. This will make your flight way more comfortable.

• Wear layers

Layers are a great idea while you are traveling. You can put them off when you feel hot and on when it is cold.

• Let the air come

Keep the air vent open above your seat  though it might get a bit chilly, but this vent might help you avoid contact with germs.

• Dress comfortable

You must dress comfortably for a flight. Wear breathable and stretchy clothes.

• Hydrate yourself

Drink water but practically not much to avoid washroom trips

• Prepare entertainment

Make a list in advance, what are you going to read and watch on the flight.

• Stretch yourself

Take small walks and stretch your body. Do not sit for a longer period.
