This year's Olympics has a lot of inspirational stories, from Simone Biles who withdrew from the Olympics to focus on her mental health to the Indian women’s hockey team who made history by qualifying for the semi-finals, there are many such motivating instances.

The latest story is of Sifan Hassan, the long-distance runner from The Netherlands, who tripped and fell during the 1,500-meter race but got back up, ran again, and ultimately won the race!

As per the reports, Sifan Hassan fell after Kenya’s Edinah Jebitok took a tumble in front of her, causing her to fall as well, as runners jostled ahead. However, the girl got back instantly and overtook others, winning the race.

By this people learnt an important lesson: Never give up no matter what. Many people also appraised her spirit

Whenever you feel like quitting, remember this story.
