Stephen Hawking was the most iconic and brilliant scientist of his generation. He died at the age of 76 on 14th March and his death was a shock for everyone. He died because of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a progressive neurodegenerative disease. Despite this serious problem, he continued his work. He has opened the door for present and future scientists through his excellent theories and discoveries. He is an inspiration to millions of people all over the world.
