There is a foodie inside every Indian as they love to eat good food in both happy and sad situation. An Indian celebration is incomplete without delicious food  so here are top 10 foods that every Indian craves for 

1. Rajma Chawal

This Maa ke haath ki dish is something that all of us love. Indians love it so much that they can eat it twice a day or maybe thrice? Rajma Chawal is an inseparable combination and an ultimate comfort food.

2. Chole-Bhature

 It is a kind of delight for everyone, whether vegetarian or non-vegetarian as this spicy dish is the best breakfast for us.

3. Biryani

Anyone can hurt you, but Biryani won’t. Agree? With its different varieties from Lucknow, Hyderabad or Mumbai, it is a magical dish for everyone.

4. Chaat

Not only foodies, we are spice lovers as well. We love to embrace our taste buds with delicious aloo chaat or papdi chaat. Being the mouth-watering traditional food an evening without them is incomplete. 

5. Aloo Parantha

 This stuffed parantha is the favorite Sunday breakfast for all of us, especially north Indians. Served with curd and pickle it has a lip-smacking taste.

 This dish is mandatory on the menu of every non-veg foodie. A piece of naan and butter chicken is a complete paradise.

This is a deadly combination. Every Indian’s day starts with chai and our ultimate partner in everything.

The most famous street food for us is Channa Kulcha.  It is tasty dish is easily available too. 

9. Gajjar ka Halwa!

In winter this is the one thing all of us crave for and need daily. The sweet Gajjar ka halwa filled with lots of dry fruits is a true delight for our taste buds. 

10. Gulab Jamun

Every Indian menu is imperfect without Gulab jamun.
